We provide FREE technical support for all commercial products until you are 100% satisfied. Please note we will try to provide support for free extensions based on order of priority and technical team availability.

Upgrades

We provide our customers with free upgrades of the product they buy, limited to the product minor version. Example, product 2.1 is eligible for free upgrade to 2.2, but not 3.x. We will notify you regularly whenever new version is available.

Refunds

We offer 14-days money back guarantee for all our software products. If you are dissatisfied with your product during 14 days after the purchase for any reason, you can receive a full refund. To request a refund please submit a request containing your Transaction ID within 14 calendar days. Please note that we do not offer refunds on installation and customization services.
